WHO WE ARE

Hello! I am Debbie Ives, founder of Ives Recruitment Solutions Ltd.

I started my career in recruitment as a graduate back in 1999 and haven’t looked back since! Having started out working for a large multinational recruitment business and then moving to work for two other independent companies, I decided it was time to set up for myself and to build on the strong relationships that I have formed over the years.

Having worked in both the UK and Australia where I have recruited for permanent, contract and temporary positions; I have a strong, hands-on operational experience, solid knowledge of local markets and a real understanding of role requirements, salaries and skills.

People who know me will tell you that I wear my heart on my sleeve.  I will always be open, upfront and honest in how I work.  I form strong bonds with everyone who I work with and will always deliver on quality, on time and with openness.
